This acrylic, water-based, Photochromic ink changes colour in the sun. We have five magic colours which are stunning, pale inside and burst into life when you take them outside and into the sun!
A reversible and translucent coating that flips into a vibrant and beautiful colour in the sun and under some intense UV and UV black lighting.
SFXC Photochromic opens the door to thousands of innovative and creative applications. Captivate you clients, classmates, friends and family with this stunning, smart ink.
The standard coverage for SFXC Photochromic Ink is 35ml per sqr meter.
Photochromic inks can be applied via a brush or a foam roller.
This product won't work very well out of the sun, on a cloudy day or in the middle of winter when UV is LOW.
Due to the high concentration of photochromic pigment, this product has a high viscosity.
This ink is not invisible, it is translucent and has slight colouration before UV exposure. It then becomes dark in colour when exposed to intense UV.
We also stock Photochromic pigment and Photochromic vinyl sheets.
Please avoid prolonged UV exposure this can damage the sensitivity of the ink.
Please keep refrigerated at around 5C. Never below 0C.
All orders of over 1 litre are custom made and may take 2-3 days longer to manufacture.
This product must be used with 3 months of ordering.
