Here's an update for our much valued customers in the EU. 
Since January 2021 when the UK finally left the EU, any orders placed from the EU will be subject to additional Import duties & taxes, these are charges are made by your own country and not by us, this is because you are importing goods from the UK.
As the goods you have ordered from the UK pass through the customs Department in your own country, you’ll be contacted by the courier company or the customs Department and you will be asked for payment.  This can also include additional administration fees levied by the authorities in your country.  
We would kindly suggest contacting your local customs office for more information and advice. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
If the package is refused and sent back to the UK the costs to us for the return will be deducted from any refunds made.  Please see our "Terms and conditions)

The rate of VAT and tariffs charged to you can vary, depending on your country, so please check prior to purchasing.

We are open Mon-Fri except for festive and bank holidays.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

We ship orders between 8am-12pm.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next working day.

Couriers (DHL/DPD) operate Mon-Fri, however exceptions may apply in certain countries.

You can select your shipping service at checkout- after entering your delivery address.

If you are a student, please email us proof that you are studying, for a discount code to use at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Items can be returned to us as long as they are unused and in their original packaging within 14 days (within UK) or 30 days (outside of the UK) of the date of delivery.

Returns are at your expense. We will then arrange a refund for your item as soon as we have received it. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged. We recommend using 'recorded' or other tracked courier delivery.

Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled without you incurring compensation to us.
